One week left!

The year is winding down...our final day is next Friday!!! Our schoolwork is done every afternoon now that Claire no longer naps in the AM. It works out well and allows Drew to concentrate a bit more on his work. :o)

Kate began her last unit of LHTH this week and I'm doing it every other day with her to stretch it out until Drew's done next week. This painting is of the "bright light" from heaven to go along with her Bible story about Saul's conversion earlier this week. She LOVES to paint!


Drew began Unit 34 this week - He created his own version of Mt. Rushmore out of homemade clay today...




A video of him reading one evening last week which you may have to listen very carefully to hear his voice. I didn't want him to see me with the camera or he would have stopped reading...


A video of the pendulum Drew (and Kate) created when we read about the Liberty Bell for history last week...Drew wants to visit the East Coast cities we've read/studied about...I keep telling him when he's a bit older! :o)
